What will the consultant work on?

This consultancy is focused specifically on post-event content production for the AI for Good Global Summit 2026. The selected consultant will work under the guidance of the Senior Business Development and Operations Officer in ITU’s Strategic Engagement Department.

The work combines creative production with digital asset management. Rather than simply editing existing footage, the consultant will be expected to turn summit material into coherent stories and polished content that can continue to support ITU’s communications and engagement activities after the event.

The assignment includes work connected with featured initiatives such as the AI Skills Coalition and the Robotics for Good Youth Challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing narratives and visual content that communicate the summit’s impact and achievements.
  • Producing post-event videos highlighting important moments, participants, sponsors and partners.
  • Creating graphics, infographics and other branded digital assets for campaigns and event recaps.
  • Editing and refining photographs and video captured during the summit, including material from sponsor booths, exhibitions and other activities.
  • Producing customized short promotional videos and media assets for sponsors, exhibitors and partners.
  • Organizing and labelling photo, video and graphic files so they can be stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Working with the communications team to finalize interviews, testimonials and other event content.
  • Creating highlight reels and recap videos that capture the summit’s themes, achievements and outcomes.

What are the main deliverables?

The assignment has clearly defined production targets. The consultant will be responsible for three principal deliverables:

20–30 sponsor and partner videos: Bespoke video assets highlighting the contributions and involvement of sponsors, exhibitors and partners.

50 graphics and digital assets: A set of visuals to support communications, promotional activity and post-event engagement.

1 organized digital asset archive: A structured archive containing the relevant photo, video and graphic material for efficient future access.

These targets make the role particularly suited to someone comfortable managing multiple forms of content while maintaining organization and consistency across a large volume of event material.
