What is the shipping cost?

All Montreal Fitness equipment is shipped from our warehouse in Longueuil. If the items are in pre-order, they will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days from the day we receive the inventory at our warehouse. Thanks to our partnerships with multiple express couriers, we can offer affordable shipping rates despite the heavy weight of some items. Simply select the shipping option during checkout.

*Please note that the shipping cost may vary from the cost reflected in your order confirmation for some regions, you will always be notified before the shipping if this is the case. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the day your order has been shipped, not purchased. Our website indicates dates in which an out of stock item will be shipped in the future. An email containing shipment details will follow your order confirmation email.

How will I be updated?

You will be notified via email if we are experiencing delays on orders and shipments.


What is your return policy?

For merchandise that is unopened, unused, in the same condition and packaging that you received it, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will need satisfactory evidence of the issue (photos and/or videos). We do not accept return or exchange for equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at, our support team can help you benefit from our shipping rates and provide you a prepaid return label, at your expense.

Kindly note that all shipping, handling costs and restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund issued. If the returned items are damaged or lost before or during the return process, the costs of repair and/or replacement will be deducted from the refund.

How soon will I get my refund on a returned order?

Once we have accepted to refund your order and have received the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Your order can be cancelled immediately if it has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped you will have to wait to receive the order and then request a return if you do not want to keep the items.

If you have selected the “Pick Up” option you will be able to cancel your order before having obtained the items.

How can I exchange my order?

Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. All exchanges must be approved before a replacement product is shipped. Instructions for how to proceed will be sent by our customer service team.

What do I do with a faulty item?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


How can I track my order?

Shortly after you place your order you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been prepared for shipping you will then receive an email containing details of shipment with a tracking number. You can refer back to this tracking number to follow the status of your order up until delivery.


Longueuil Pick Up

If your items are not pre-order at the time of the transaction, or no date range is mentioned on the product page, you can pick up your order from our warehouse at the following address:

On presentation of your order confirmation (with order number and customer name on it), the warehouse team will be happy to give you your items. A relative or friend may come with your order number and name on the order.

Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Thursday: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

You need to follow directions to Shipping and Receiving, which will take you across the barrier to the warehouse side door (to the left of the large garage doors).

How will I be updated about the pick-up location?

All details concerning business hours for pick up will be communicated beforehand by email.

How can I use my promo code?

Promo or discount codes are either automatically or manually applied at checkout depending on the details of the current promotion. Information will be provided at the time.


How can I be sure of the quality of the products?

We work with our own manufacturers overseas to create genuine quality products. If you are not satisfied with the item once you receive it you can return it to us for a full refund. We also offer a 90 days warranty to ensure the quality of our products and to give you assurance that if your product is damaged it will be replaced with a new one.

When will the item I want be back in stock?

When adding items to your cart, you will notice the dates of shipping. This date indicates that the item is not currently in stock, but will be expected as of the mentioned date. If an item is indicated as “Sold Out” that means there is no official expected date of restock.

COVID-19 Delays

Every day, we try to be as proactive as possible to inform you of potential production or delivery delays. It is very important for us to remain transparent with our customers. We do everything in our power to deliver on time and also to respect the date range mentioned for items in pre-order, but we can’t promise that the items will get to our warehouse on time because some logistics situations are beyond our control.
