For merchandise that is unopened, unused, in the same condition and packaging that you received it, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will need satisfactory evidence of the issue (photos and/or videos). We do not accept return or exchange for equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


All of our products are backed by a ninety (90) days warranty. Should you receive damaged merchandise as a result of a default caused by the manufacturer, we will evaluate, on a case by case basis, if your item is covered by the warranty. Our support team holds the right to determine if the item is covered or not.

Kindly note that all shipping, handling costs and restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund issued. If the returned items are damaged or lost before or during the return process, the costs of repair and/or replacement will be deducted from the refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@montrealfitness.ca, our support team can help you benefit from our shipping rates and provide you a prepaid return label, at your expense. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Large items

Returns for large items which include but are not limited to the “Curved Wooden Treadmill”, “Wooden Water Rowing Machine” and “Air Rowing Machine” will be charged a return shipping fee. Due to the size and weight of these products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returning your product may also incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, or accidents. If your product has shipped, even if you have not received your machine, return shipping and restocking fees will apply.

Pre-Orders

Please note that due to the popularity of our products, some of them are only available for pre-order at different times. You can refer to the date range mentioned on the individual product page to know when the product will be back in stock. To thank you for your trust, there is always a discount on pre-ordered equipment (prices are already marked down). You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order is fulfilled, no questions asked.
